As 5ghz antenna s11 maximum is not exactly at 10GHz, so it would be only unpractical theory. But for practical use we can buy/find/manufacture antenna with some ~4.8 or ~5.1GHz patch array, so it's S11 maximum is exactly at 10GHz (in required band). What would be performance of such array when used at double frequency? It is obvious, that matching elements would have wrong length (lambda/8), but from simulation we can see very good s11 at ~2*F for a single patch. For some antenna array configurations at double F we still get right phase (all in-phase), but patch distances would be wrong, this will affect radiation pattern. Still, it seems that such configuration can be used?
