The equations are exactly the same as a regular MOSFET, because FinFET is just a MOSFET with a different structure. FinFETs help in improving electrostatics, so DIBL and Sub-Vt slope equations change from a regular MOSFET to a FinFET. Unless you're interested in them, you can use the same current-voltage equation.
