In digital clock i included a date (like..15:02:2014) & Time (like,, 06:33:54) and 2 digit for temperature in seven segment display.

Other than above feature what should I add to it.

Kindly suggest me some cheapest idea to improve my future product.

degree celsious or degree farad convertor could be added.

Thanks everybody for their valuable suggestion....

Apart from above can any1 here suggest me that how to display temperature without need of ADC..?

DS18B20 is much expensive...

The Maxim itself sells it at 1.8$/1K

Is this for a large scale product or a personal project?

If i got success to reduce price...then ofcourse i go upto large scale..
Thats why i stick to reduce price.

I don't understand, either you are doing a hobby project or you are designing a commercial product, I'm still not clear which of the two is the case.
Are you saying that you are making a hobby project and if you manage to do it cheap enough you will go commercial?
