Hi,
I want to add SPICE model of OPA656 in PSPICE library. How can I do that?

you can download the model from vendor site and save a local copy as .lib. Open that in PSpice Model Editor. Use File>Export .. or Model import Wizard to generate the symbol for that model. You can also get the step by step instruction in PSpice User guide (refer appendix C: Importing Spice Models)

Hi,

I'm using PSpice 9.1 student version. I want to use FET in my schematic. I have downloaded FET library from CADENCE website. I followed the above procedure. but, I can't able to add this to my PSpice library. help me!:???:

What do you mean, when you say not able to add this to my PSpice library?
Also I would advice you to download latest version of PSpice from Cadence Design Systems.
