tsmc18rf layer map file

Hi everybody,
I need tsmc18rf layer map file to generate a lef file for my standard cell design. but I cant find it in the library. I searched the library directory for a .map file but nothing found. Can anybody tell me how to find it?
I really appreciate your help.
 

I checked it out! I used find command but still nothing's found. Does it mean that my tsmc18rf lib is incomplete?

may i know on which tool you need to take a lef???

hai

i hope you no need a layer map file to generate a lef file it is needed only when you you work a GDS file..
