I request you all to give suggestion in order select project title; I’m doing vlsi

Hello every one,
I’m doing M.E (vlsi Design) in search of a project title , I have reviewed some paper’s I don’t know which is best one to select and my aim is to present a good and efficient project in my field .under your experience and knowledge can anyone help me to chose the project title. I have enclosed some project title below, review it and give me your valuable suggestion .
1.A Study of Through-Silicon-Via Impact on the 3D Stacked IC Layout
2.Identification of Recovered ICs using Fingerprints from a Light-Weight On Chip Sensor
3.Effective and Efficient Approach for Power Reduction by Using Multi-Bit Flip-Flops
4.Multiple Scan Chain Design Technique for Power Reduction during Test
Application in BIST

Hi gowri senthilkumar, try some project like

1) FFT Processor Core.
2) Real Time Image Tracking using svm.
3) MPSOC Design.
4) NOC Architecture.

Better you take as intern in any VLSI Company...
