I want to connect 500g load cell to ADC ic.
how amplify load cell signal.
load cell out put range is 0 - 5mv.
so it must amplify 0 -5v.
How i do it???

Please help me.

Use a good operational amplifier. Instrumentation amplifiers are the easiest to operate at ~1000x gain. Find the frequency response of your sensor and adjust amplifier response to match it. Locate the amplifier as close to sensor, and use a battery or a good DC power supply for it. Make sure your design is itself not affected by 500g acceleration.

Thank you for comment..
Can you Please select op amp ic for 500g lead cell.
I,m using ADC0844 as a ADC converter.

Thank you

I would recommend to see Analog Devices selection. There are many options to find with your specifications.
