Clean the rotary switches with contact cleaner, It may be as simple as that. I always do the easiest troubleshooting first before moving on to hard stuff. And many times it works too.

I found open diode and some components with problem, searching, without project. Thank yuo.

Somebody knows where to find manual project, Iwatsu oscilloscope ss5510 50mhz or ss5410 35mhz.
Models have same appearance, porêm are different, plus any project of them believe that it serves, what this Dumont writing in the panel is what necessary for maintenance.
