Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Hi Irfan..Kindly, can you provide the components list as well.thanks

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

have you followed the instructions.
No,i am trying to test it with simulator.
After that i shall check it with actual hardware.
Till now i understand that it covers input 110-240v ac.
And have 5 steps.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Wrong connections.
compare the schematic carefully.
For pridepk,s transformer loops (0,135,165,200,220v) these connections are ok.
Regarding your design, my guess is RL3 will become on again when out volts are 280v(first step).
Because if we tune it at 1.65v adc, (output 200v ac) it will become on again at 2.4v(out,280v).

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Transformer loops are (0,130,175,220,260).

but not (0,135,165,200,220v) which you have mentioned.

you cannot simulate this circuit in Proteus because Proteus don't have any simulation model for variable transformer.

Assemble this designe and test in real life.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Transformer loops are (0,130,175,220,260).
These transformer loops are for your design.
but not (0,135,165,200,220v) which you have mentioned.
And these transformer loops are for pridepk,s schematic.
you cannot simulate this circuit in Proteus because Proteus don't have any simulation model for variable transformer.
Though proteus don,t have simulation model for variable transformer.
But we can simulate with other components instead of variable transformer.
If you have real hardware, measure and compare values, which i have described in post #27.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Dear All,

I have send the diagram of Transformer, Can you please describe the relay logic, I am confuse in designing the relay logic circuit. I would request to share the proteus simulation.

Thank full to all you !

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

I am confuse in designing the relay logic circuit
If mains is 201 v or above (220V AC).
we actually bypass the mains input.
Now mains input and output volts are same, all 3 relays are on(energized).
At input 200 volts,we need to keep RL1 off(now we are connecting mains to 200v loop of transformer).
Thus remaining 2 relays should become off, if input volts are going down.
When mains become high again we need to keep relays on,and watch volts at output socket.
Output volts,should be 200-240v.
I would request to share the proteus simulation.
Relay control circuit would be with discrete components, op-amp ics or with micro controllers.Proteus needs hex or coff file for mcu to simulate.
I am trying to edit hex file of IRFAN.
When i got achievement,i hope i shall upload.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Hi guys
I am looking for stablizer circuit using lm324 input 170 volts to 270 volts output 220 volts 2kv with 3-4 minutes time delay, below 170 volts and above 270 volts cut off more relays no problem and more tappings in tansfermor.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

lm 324 is a comparator ,it is very simple what you want ?

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Hi friend!
Can you help me for your real schematic diagram of digital stabilizer circuit, cause I've seen your printed is 3 var-resister and your post has only one var-resistor, So how can I do this.

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

That was added only for under over voltages setting .

Re: Voltage Stabilizer using microcontrollers.

Yes, but schematic diagram of your post have not, so can I use this all function on your hex file and pcb design of yours. And how to set under and over setting, how to effective.
