What is Quasi Lumped resonator?

I saw many papers that mentioned to quasi lumped resonator. Does any one know what it is exactly ?
 

A lumped-element resonator utilizes separate L and C to form the resonating LC circuit. With a growing frequency, L and C are not "separate" elements: L includes internal capacitance and C includes internal inductance. Then people talk about "quasi-lumped" structures.
One of such "quasi-lumped" resonators is the helical resonator- it looks like a coil but in fact is also a part of a coaxial resonator, with capacitance distributed between coil loops and ground envelope.

So every combination of L and C that can resonates is Quasi-lumped ? If yes, can I say that microstrip antenna is a kind of quasi-lumped?
I've heard quasi-lumped resonator resonates at eighth-wavelength (Lambda/8), is it true?
 

Quasi-lumped L or C is realized by distributed elements.
