Hi,

I am trying to use "Interactive Diff length tunning" feature of Altium Designer 10

But as soon as I select the option from tools > Interactive Diff length tunning, and click the differential net that i want to length tune, i immediately get an error message that says:

" This primitive is not coupled within the max range: 10mils of differential pair routing "

Although I have correctly added diffrential pair directive on the differential nets in schematics.

1. Can someone explain what this error message actually mean?
2. Can someone provide a step by step guide for performing length tunning of differential signals using Altium Designer?

Regards

Trouble was resolved!
Actually unlike "Interactive length tunning" the Interactive Diff length tunning only works when you select this option and click on any of the _P or _N of the differential pcb trace. However, If you click component pad instead of the differential pcb trace it gives an error message which says "This primitive is not coupled within the max range: 10mils of differential pair routing"

Regards
