How can i create such software in Visual Basic or in MATLAB..

Okay leave that much..
Suppose i am having latitude and longitude values so how to put these values in google maps and obtain my location..

Thanks in advance

To map a location on Google maps just open a link with the argument "q=" followed by the latitude, a comma and then the longitude; i.e.

The latitude and longitude can be decimal degrees or degrees, minutes and seconds. You can also specify the other parameters like the map type, zoom level, map-center point. etc. For a list of parameters look here: https://www.seomoz.org/ugc/everything-you-never-wanted-to-know-about-google-maps-parameters
