Simulation and result of EBG structure in CST. Please help me !

Hey guys, do you familliar with EBG in CST.

I tried to simulate it, but I don't know how to show the result,
actually, what is the cut frequence I have in my model (I posted it here) ?

I refer the example in the one of good book about EBG (posted here), I refer its
parameters in my simulation. It should be its result in my result.
Please refer chapter 4, in section 4.1 of Electromagnetic Band Gap Structures in Antenna Engineering (Cambridge Edition).

Anyway, please guys, could you help me ?

Dimension of your EBG is 8x8 cell. U simulate it with 1 unit (1x8 cell).
U can see this picture to set port for your EBG and simulate it.

I'm very confused of setting port and boundary condition. I followed your instruction but it gave me "Some higher propagation modes at port 1 are not considered ..." .
I tried to change port size and to set "open and add space" in boundary condition. Could you help me one more time ?
Anyway, are you free tommorow afternoon, 5pm at RF lab ok ?

I'm just getting start with EBG designs in CST (previously I've been using HFSS).

Can you please provide some instructions on how to analyze the file you've attached in your first post here, e.g. excitation, solver modes, etc...

Appreciating your support.
