2Ghz Flipflop

Hi,

I have to design a 2 ghz flipflop(D type).Could anyone helpme in providing links/circuits.This flipflop is used in 2 ghz PLL ckt for phase detection.

There are several manufacturers that supply high speed D type flip flops. The links below show data sheets for a couple of chips that should do the kind of job you want:
