Hi,
I'm working on a Ethernet project with PIC18F87J60 MCU and drawn the circuit from the datasheet and other resources but not sure that the circuit is correct or have problems. Please review the circuit and say to me my mistakes.

That looks good, at first glance anyway. I've used similar PICs, and have always used ethernet sockets with built-in magnetics, but the connections are the same. I have not used L1 but see no harm in it.
