Hi
I am designing a 100w unipolar spwm(20kHz) inverter(H-Bridge), The dc link voltage will be 12 volts.
does anyone can help me what kind of (mosfet) and (gate driver) and also (optocoupler) should i use?
please give me device's code if it's possible.

Thanks for your help,
Farzam

Hi Farzam
You can easily use four IRFZ44 and an IR2110 as your driver . and if you need opto coupler ( i think you won't need ) i think 6n136 and 6n137 would be ok .
Best Wishes
Goldsmith

thanks a lot Goldsmith, u did me a big favor
I have another problem
I couldn't find IR2110 and 6n136 in proteus program for simulation, what can i do?
