DC motor to servo motor...

the basic difference b/w servo motor and dc geared motor is feedback.
then is it possible to convert a geared dc motor into servo motor?
If yes then how?

Add a feedback on the shaft and all the required electronics and firware.

It's little bit complicated than simply adding control hardware to a common DC motor to make it as a servo. That is why servo motors are specially built to facilitate servo control circuit.
