Can any one explain the difference b/w the functional design,logic design,circuit design and physical design?

for any circuit if you use the basic logically sound equivalent design i think

physical design can be in a board

circuit design merely in a paper i guess

not sure but contextually speaking one can infer it

functional design --> Conceptual Design
logic design --> Digital Design
circuit design --> Transistor level design you call it as ANALOG or ASIC
physical design --> Backend Like Routing PnR
