meaning and solution of hfss warning

hi all
what do hfss mean by this and give solution to this problem
[info] Fast sweep setup, process hf3d: Too many conductors touch lumped port '1'. Consider splitting the port into multiple lumped ports (1:53:40 PM Jun 09, 2012)

Apparently Out of memory means your machine is not able to complete this simulation!!
I am not sure about the first one! why dont you share your .hfss file here so I can take a look!
 
[info] -> a lumped port may only touch two conductors... think signal and reference
[error] -> out of memory means HFSS ran out of available RAM and/or allotted swap space
[error] -> just lets you know that HFSS completed with an error, where the error is stated above
