i am going to make a micro controller based variable power supply .please share experts opinion ?

You can use it to control a buck converter. So you have a variable voltage switching regulator with good efficiency.

Or you can use it to control a linear regulator. So, you'll have poorer efficiency, but you won't have low PWM duty-cycles to worry about.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

may i get an algorithm for that ? or any sample projects ?

this tuxgraphics microcontroller based power supply is nice to understand the principles involved in it
but lots of people agree that it is too slow to be usable in a lab environment...
if you plug a heavy load on it, the controller is too slow to stabilize correctly the powersupply.
better make the regulation with an opamp, and make the voltage follower with the controller and a dac it will be faster.

it is not English . any English version ?
