did you try MBISTArchitect and BSDArchitect?

Thanks for the replies guys.. Ya mentor tools would do. But I was wondering if I could do it using Synopsys tools.

Has anyone(of you) inserted MBIST and/or BSD using DFT compiler?

I haven't done it my self but I know that DFT compiler has the capability to insert BSD, not sure about the MBIST though. Since Synopsys purchased Virage, they may shy away from MBIST tools now (just my opinion).
