Port refinement, process hf3d error: Too few conductors were found on port WavePort1.

probably this happens with imported model, where in the port sees the same conductor on both sides.
In other words there may be two conductors on the same layer across which port is connected(eg, ground and signal)
If this is the case the conductor has to be separated.
 

I am trying to design the split ring resonator proposed in Electromagnetic parameter retrieval from inhomogeneous metamaterials i.e FIG-2 of the paper in HFSS-11.After simulation though magnitude response of S11 and S21 parameter is getting a exact match but phase response of S11 and S21 is not matching.Can you kindly suggest me where i am going wrong?I had attached both hfss file and the paper which i am following.In EDA board there is a same kind of problem discussed in the following link but it is not conclusive https://www.edaboard.com/threads/102952/
