I am working on a design for which we use a memory from a customer. We would like to see the pin locations / assignments in the memory lef that they dropped . But I have not yet received a pre -synthesised netlist from the front end yet ,otherwise i could load it up and check. Is there any option in encounter wherein I could load the lef and see how the pin assignments are ?.

have u found d solution.. if so pls share...

Hello, There is something called LEF viewer which works with firefox, but unfortunately only the previous version of firefox supports it. I tried downloading the older version , but it doesnt work properly. You just see the outline and not any details of the pins as I wanted. So I ended up creating a dummy verilog file that calls for the memory.lef and used it to view the same.

a dummy verilog file ?? now dats a gud move... thnks for the info friend !!
