Hi everyone,
My task for my thesis is to analyze the behaviour of crossed dipole antenna. I have used a design from UPM Frog 3D for simulation using CST STUSIO SUITE. But I don'tknow how to insert 2 discrete ports cross with each other. Anyone has an idea?

Hi,
After modeling a simple dipole antenna with the discrete port, you must insert new coordinate system perpendicular to the first one and model the second dipole and it's discrete port. For modeling dipole you can use cylinders.

Thank dorsa ,But my problem is that hfss or cst for each discrete port plot a distinct pattern.
In other words , for me doesn't plot a perfect pattern.

Did you try to make the two component one? By Bolean add?
