operating voltage 20-35V
current max. 100mA

or 1N4007 will do?

Hi Goldsmith,

I ran the circuit with no problems without the diodes. Was it necessary?

Thanks!

Dear me_guitarist
Hi again
If you use that diode , you supported a long life for your transistors .( i suggest to use them to create more safety and longer life of your transistors .)
Best Wishes
