Hello All,

Is there a sense to define clock skew in addition to the clock uncertainty?

Thank you!

Hello All,

Thank you!

Yes because clock skew is basically the differences in clock signal arrival times across the chip and clock uncertainty is taken in terms of jitter. Please see the attach figure.
