I am a student
I want to disign and simulate a simple 2*2 microstrip array antenna in first step

I find the formula to design one path from balanis book

now I want to design a simple 2*2 microstrip array antenna


now two question :


1: in array is the patches size similar to one patch in not array antenna??

2:for four patch(2*2) i want to use probe feeding , how i can to connect probe to 4 patch??

any one have an hfss example file for simple array

yes the size of all the patch should be same and you have to feel all the 4 patches to 4 coaxial feeings.i attach a paper for you it will help you a lot
