Hello,

Is there a good reason we don't see more MOSFETs with integrated drivers?

All high current MOSFET I've seen require a strong driver behind them - so why not integrate both to a single package ?

Dear shaiko
Hi
There are many mosfets and IGBTs that combined with the drivers on one package . but as i know , not at low powers . i saw many of them at high powers . but i don't know why at low powers they are not available . maybe are available and i don't know.
Best Wishes

So,
The correct name for a power MOSFET with an integrated driver is "solid state relay" ?
