Hi,

Can anyone please recommend the VCCIO = 3.3V and VccInt= 1.2V regulator for Spartan 3A(XC3S50AN)

What is the intended input voltage for the regulator?
 

Something like **broken link removed** should do.
I have used them in mcu that needed 1.8v and 3.3v

You will also find them with different names like LT1117 or AMS1117

You can also check the schematic of a few commercial dev boards to see what they use, for example this is from Digilent
