What is the fomula for calculating Passband & Stop band in Filter Analysis Window of Xilinx FIR Compiler? It shows Passband & stop band values normalized between 0 & 1. What are optimal values?

The values you see there are based on the coefficients YOU have to enter yourself (the right window of the first page of the IP core if I am correct).
You can select what portions of the graph/filter characteristics you want to show by changing these numbers.
There are no optimal numbers as such, but if you have a filter that has a 10% passband (and 90% stopband), then the numbers would be 0.0, 0.1, 0.1 and 1.0. But, it is just an analysis of (part) of the filter using your coefficients. So, changing these numbers does not change anything in your filter.
One way of generating these coefficients is using the FdaTool of MatLab (which also has it's own filter analysis).
