I would like to know what is electronic camming or electronic gearing?? and what are the software that can perform these tasks?

Electronic gearing : The position of a slave axis is mathematically linked to the position of a master axis.
Like gear-box , but done with electronic control and two motor and -controller.
Primary shaft is master , secondary shaft is slave.
A good example of this would be in a system where two rotating drums turn at a given ratio to each other.

Electronic camming : A slave axis follows a profile that is a function of the master position.

Both systems can be used for rotating or linear movements and their combinations
Gearing and Camming need one master and one or more slaves in motion control system

Thanks so much but I need a book for basic mechanical design idea can you help me with this??

Ok sorry I was not very clear  . I mean I need a book or reference which discuss basic mechanical ideas for designing dynamic devices, for example a robot or even simpler designs. I can use mechanical design programs such as solid works but now to design the device from mechanical point of view I don't know where to start from.
