and for current may i attach a pnp transistor as high current pass

in page 6 _ the first table
Output peak current 3.5 a
and for voltage it give three figure

I read at past you can attach a little dc motor to the rotor
and the voltage that generate by it , feed to op amp as a comparator
and do triac phase control to have nearly constant speed

rms = 0.7 vp
where (0.7) come from
is it depend on frequencies 50/60 hz ?
like PWM when we vary duty cycle we obtain different value of volts
but here we vary frequencies
