Dear edaboard community,
I would like to ask you what is the typical integrated L and C values at 10 GHz resonance frequency in a parallel LC oscillator.
Here is the topology that I am going to use,
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Pablo Marco
Yes thank you for your reply, it was what I have been doing. I just realized that I have been missing a point. I would like to share the solution for the community's disposal.
Best regards,
Pablo Marco
I have seen these videos, but they are not related to my issue because in my question I am trying to find the impedance seen through the source, In the videos, the impedance seen through the drain is studied.
Thank you for your response.
So I am still looking for help for deriving it.
Dear edaboard community,
I would like to ask you a question about the following figure.
Could you please help me derive the impedance seen through the source terminal of the pair? I wanted to derive it by myself (using the small signal model), but I could not achieve a result.
The result is...
Hi everyone again and sorry for bothering you.
I still could not answer my question by myself so I would like to try my chance again to get an answer from the community :)
Thank you for your time.
Kind regards,
Pablo Marco
Hi everyone,
I would like to ask a question about the small-signal model of the Improved Wilson Current mirror.
First of all, RL represents the resistance that is seen when we look up through the drain of M4.
I am confused about the G3 node because as can be seen in the small-signal...
Hi, I am an engineering student. I need to measure my OTA's open-loop magnitude and phase plot in Cadence. Since I am going to design a differential-output OTA, I am quite confused about how I should implement a testbench for that purpose. I would be pretty happy If you guide me.
Thanks in advance.
