i would do dc sweeps with different W and L ration and different bias currents and VGS. DO this with diode connected mosfets. this way you will know what the VGS is for requireed current or vice versa..
also i would do gm curve and W/L and VGS.
that helps too.
For the following circuit, at time 0, the switch switches from A to B, figure out the voltage wave form at B.
I have attached the document.
My answer:-
I think when capacitor C1 switch is connected to 1v supply, it will get charged to that voltage, following capacitor standard current and...
we are using rs232 communication using hyper terminal on pc.but when i open the hyperterminal.,it doesnt show me proper window.it has connection type using only tcp/ip connection ..not using com1 port .it asks me host address.what is that?
I connecting RS232 to PIC 4520.i am using max232 and DB9 connector..i have made connections of pin 2,3 and 5 as TX,Rx and GND.then where the other pins of DB9 to be connected?like do i need to short pin 4 and 6 to GND?:-(
thank man so much..i just didnt get ur second passage..now suppose i want to transfer number 200 in 4 bit mode how should i transfer that?one more question..if i am using LCD in 4 bit mode means is it needed to ground remaining pins or can br floated?:-D
hi guys I am using 16 bit LCD..interfaced with PIC 18f4520..LCD is in 4 bit mode..so i want to know difference between 4 bit and 8 bit interfacing?whether is it related to maximum bits that can be transfered to LCD like suppose i am using 4 bit LCD meand it will show data upto 2Λ4 means 16 ..is...
we are interfacing 8 bit LCD and 4*4 keypad to PIC 18f458.its having in built 10 bit adc.so my doubt is ,whether its possible to read or to display data on 8 bit LCD from 10 bit ADC.I mean ADC is converting analog signal into 10 bit data as its a 10 bit ADC,so is it ok to use 8 bit LCS for...

I have made new footprint for PCB.when this footprint is assigned to a component its giving an error as" pads are not matching".then how to match these pads?
while designing light sensing circuit consisting of LED and photo transistor L14g2 ,
is it really necessary to connect capacitor to VCC part for noise reduction?what is its importance?what if we dont connect it?
