More power is not likely to solve this. Please put 10nF+10pF decoupling capacitors across power rails at both transmitter and receiver to rule out power supply issues.
Then include traces across Rc in transmitter and receiver output at 2.5 meters.
You will have to go through the PDK documentation provided by the fab house.
Usually as it is under an NDA you will have to go through the text files of MOSFET spice models to find the values of corresponding parameters.
There is no hard real time processing, just as the ADC finishes writing to a buffer it triggers the FFT algo using interrupts while resetting the ADC to the next bank. The FFT algorithm is light enough that no conflicts are caused.
I am only familiar with the theory, but.
Gain of all op amps drops off near corner frequency.
This drives op amp into non linearity.
Either use higher corner frequency op amp or limit Vin after derating the Gm.
You might want to add a gain stage after the filter if you are reducing Vin.
1) Start with Wikipedia and stack exchange. Look at wikipedia sources.
2) Find standard textbooks (internationally) for the topics (usually in wikipedia sources) you are in right place for that here.
3) Acquire PDFs.(Discuss in PM, cant share).
Read PDF and make notes.
Neural networks I would...
