i will try to solve to your problem.
i think ur using arm processor. each pin configured as pullup,pulldown,open drain. otherwise any open drain pin is available, connect that pin to directly gate of maosfet and resistor(10k) connect source to gate. then i think ur problem will solve.

I am unable to conver allegro board file (.brd) to orcad layoutplus(.max). i follewed some stepls , like open the dxf editor, mapping the all layers, converted to dxf format.

hai i am using mc34063 in my project as stepup dc-dc converter.
input range is 3.5 to 4.5dc. out put is 24v, 80mA.
as per datasheet, its input voltage recommended is 3v to 40v dc.
I calculating all values, input peak current not exceed 1.5AMP.
i am mentioning calculated values:

thank u for valuable information. but i think 4.5vdc biasing voltage go to microcontroller pin. is it any problem. now i am going choose AO3409, which has VGs=2.4v, i think it will solve my problem
