I am really not clear with, what to start with?
If anybody will ask me such question for controllers, I would answer with few more details:
link of a best basic controller board
Link of a best book
link of a store to buy controller board from.
The detail which you gave me, I am already aware...
I had gone thorugh step 1, 2 and 3 that you mentioned.
I had developed few basic blocks like digital gates, adder, subtractor, register, flipflop etc.
Now please suggest me how to enter in Step 4
Which are the basic projects that I can start with, to get into FPGA better and faster.
Sorry for...
Hello All,
I had enough experience with micro controllers.
Would like to start with FPGA.
Please let me know which are options to start with.
Where to buy it? (I am in Canada) (Budget upto 80 CAD $)
Please suggest few things that can help me to get a better start.
As answered by Venkadesh_M you can do it for sure.
Go ahead.
And according to the hardware of the programmer is also flexible for almost all kind of 8051 ICs...
But I am waiting for the confirmation from nandhu015.
I was not aware about that. Please educate me about the difference of both.
Thank you for your time.
And also I would like to ask the jidan12 that which IC are you going to use? at89c51 or at89c51rd2?
As you're the beginner and wanted to start with MCU, according to me you should start with 8051.
I've seen that Arduino had make beginners handicap. Because you'll be in the state of mind which motivates you to go ahead with MCU related projects. But in future you'll realize the difference.
And...
This is what you want.
You can make it by your own.
You need Flash Magic (it's an open source software for student purpose). So download it from here
https://www.flashmagictool.com/
Do post here if you've any other queries.
All the best :)
(Updated) this circuit will work with at89c51 as...
Read the ENTIRE DATASHEET CAREFULLY. You will get what it is for and where you can apply this IC in your project and also beyond the scope of your project.
Don't be lazy and do read it entirely... Don't ignore this.
Hello niranjan23,
Please try this:
1) open Flash Magic tool
2) go for Options menu > Advanced Options
3) click on Hardware Config tab > Uncheck all the options
4) click on Misc tab click (check) on "disable device signature checking"
5) connect everything properly (check all the hardware once...
Between which systems are trying to do this serial communication... Please mention them if possible.
And from which side are you willing to control your communication?
And also mention weather the both side is programmable to you or only single end is in your control?
I have one question sir.
Why it is inefficient if we call a function so many times which is written in C? and what difference the asm language will going to make for the same case?
explanation with the example will be great help to me. :)
Thanks
