Calculate the maximum power consumption of an Microcontroller

Hi Dana, Please don't feel bad .This question is asked in an interview.(Lost my Job,currently searching). Duty cycle here means LED is on for half the time of PWM. If you can suggest any material so that I can study will be helpful. Regards

Calculate the maximum power consumption of an Microcontroller

May I know how to calculate the power consumption of a uC. Assume it is working at 3.3V and it's 5 GPIO's are connected to 5 LED's .Duty cycle is 50%.

Why DDR termination voltage is half the supply voltage

Does it have any relation to the power dissipation in the termination resistor.Below statement is taken from an application note. " the termination resistor is connected to a supply voltage (VTT) that is one-half the VDD voltage. The dissipation in the termination resistor is then constant...

Why DDR termination voltage is half the supply voltage

May I know why DDR termination voltage is kept half of the supply voltage.

Understanding DDR size from DDR datasheet

Yes it is written there. But I don't know how they arrived that value. Now I think it is clear for me.

Understanding DDR size from DDR datasheet

I just tried to calculate the size of memory with below spec 32X4X4 = 512Megabits 512*.125MB = 64MB Yes it is 64MB

Understanding DDR size from DDR datasheet

The datasheet tells it's size. My question is if they give something like this 32 Meg x 4 x 8 Banks. How to arrive that size value which is mentioned in the datasheet

Why pulsed drain current is higher than continuous drain current in MOSFETs

Why is pulsed drain current higher than continuous drain current in MOSFETs? In MOSFET data-sheets, pulsed drain current is much higher than (by 4x) continuous drain current. What is the reason behind thi

PCB Reflections when trace move from one trace to other

This question was asked to me in an interview. The Question was "What are the precautions needs to be taken when a high speed signal is routed in multiple layers,to avoid SI problems and impedance dicontonuity issues" My answer was put vias near to the trace where it is crossing,so that return...
