Why I'm supposed to attach whole schematic here? Is this forum meant to teach novice people? and are you novice that you need full schematic to understand? and I already have labeled the simulation properly. Similarly I find people sometimes behaving as they are more superior people, maybe I...
Hi guys. I'm designing a +80V & -80V dual polarity SMPS with current sense resistors on high sides. The simulation file is doing perfect and figure is attached herewith. I followed application note (slup114) that I used to design current control loops as shown on it's page 22/23. However when...
1) Differential, diagrams not drawn yet
2) 2.5 gain
3) Perhaps -7V to -9V
4) 5V output
5) BW not critical
6) Load around 10mA
7) DC current on negative rail
Supply voltage +12V to 0V single supply

I prefer not to add any offsets so want to confirm if MC34074 will work fine for this job?
Hi Crutschow, Is not it true that MC34074 can operate with negative input voltages while in single supply mode without using offsets? Plz see attached datasheet. This is what it says on first page,
"Although this series can be operated from split supplies, it is particularly suited for single...
Thank you guys, I have learned how to implement negative input voltages by applying offsets for single supply quad opamp. However would like your suggestions that is there any better opamp than LM324 in terms of better results while applying offsets in SOIC-14 package? The single supply working...
Hi guys. I have to make a circuit utilizing a quad single supply opamp which can handle negative input voltages at least up to -12V. Any idea which easily available quad opamp supports this function. The supply voltage is +15V (pin4), 0V (pin11).
Hi guys. I'm simulating a motorbike type maglev in COMSOL. However it's not showing 2 wheels rotating in animation. Plz find below the link to download file,

Any idea whats wrong with it. Actual idea was taken from single wheel from the link below...
Thank you FvM & barry, I reset the origins & issue solved for most of footprints, however as some components with same footprints had references at pin 1 and some at origin so I had the only choice to readjust others manually.
Yes I changed the origin of some footprints from center position to pin 1 once (I don't remember exactly for which footprints I did that). But now how to tackle the issue if I don't revoke the origin to earlier state.
I updated components origin (from center to pin 1) in library from another...
Hi guys. I'm designing a simple 2 layers PCB. I have routed the board. Now due to some issues & to make sure that PCB is updated with latest changes done in footprint library, I used the command 'Update PCB with All' and though it updated, a new issue rise up. I mean it displaced some components...
I'm not simulating for electromagnetic compatibility or interferences as primary objective. I want to see sliding maglev train engine (for simplicity in some block form) in 2D and 3D as per given parameters, like number of turns, operating frequency, voltage type and level applied, flux density...
