Hi all
I'm trying to convert RGB to ycbcr420.
but I don't know how to do that,
if one bmp image is converted to ycbcr,I'll try to this code,
ycbcrimage=rgb2ycbcr(RGBimage);
but this ycbcrimage is 4:4:4 mode, isn't it?
What can I do to get ycbcr420?

the low frequency of 3db is 1Mhz and the high one is 100Mhz.
the Gain of pass band is 100.
there is not any quality factor given but i think we can find it from the information of this question!
