I've no issues in redesigning whole thing. If it is a diode kindly let me know it's part number as it contains three pins used for different purposes.
Dear kindly show the schematic of your charger. I have following queries.
1) Are you sure that diode at E$25 is 1N4148 ?
2) What is the part number of the MOSFET at E$23 ?
3) Path of feedback is very long, will it effect the performance ?

Help needed in L6386 based Full bridge. I have copied circuit from ST application notes containig L6386 based IGBT Driver. Lower side driver of ICs is working fine but waveform is not appearing at both high side pins. Voltages on each pin are fine.

A level conversion circuitry is needed to connect data lines communicating at different levels. Do not reduce the VCC for microcontroller and also do not try increase VCC for Xbee.
CTS and RTS are used for handshaking during communication. You can leave them open .
