    8051 core in verilog and help compliling it

    you can put the interface the cpu with memory blocks available in altera and then write hex code into that memory. the comtroller redas the hex code from the interfaced memory.

    Why scribe lane doesn't have iso n metal layer?

    Re: scribe lane well the foundry im wrkng on does not use metal(m1 n m2) n iso for scribe... im doing bipolar project. i just wanted to know the reason... davidko r u talking of leakage problem between dies??

    Re: scribe lane yes i agree its provided by foundry. But why does it not include metal n isolation layers? Added after 1 hours 6 minutes: hi... what is the need of having all layers (base, deepn,implant, via,contact,etc.) in scribe?

    Re: multiple vias hi srieda... i agree with ur point but im working on BJT... n the foundry does not provide with fixed via or contact size. it just provides the minimum size.... i can go for a larger one... so i want to know which is preferable??? single large via/cont or multiple small vias??
