I would lik to working with LCD in my undergraduate project.
is there any good link about all kind of LCD?

Hey dude,

Yes I just purchased few really cool serial color mini-TFT displayes from this place:

Yes they are SERIAL as in rs232 interface or USB and either interface is super easy to use and they support beutiful 16k color depth:
