Hello,

Designing an Common source LNA, this requires an inductor to connect, How to calculate the Q factor for 180(or Below) nm NMOS technology

The Quality factor is given as \[ Q = \frac{X__L }{R } = \frac{2\pi ~f L}{R}\].
