Visual Basic USB Help Needed for PIC18F4550

My project consists of PIC18F4550. I have to Turn ON?OFF the led from USB. I need the VB code through which LED ON/OFF signal can be sent via USB. The PIC18F4550 will be connected to PC via USB. I am simulating in proteus.

I need a code for mcHID.dll project.

I need the VB.NET code to send text to PIC via USB. I also want to toggle an LED from VB.NET app.

If possible I want to read adc value transmitted from PIC and display it in VB.Net app.

That is a VB.NET application. I need the VB.NET source code.
