i am a begginer in embedde systems and i am trying to do a project
firstly i have tried doing a circuit for blinking led
the code works but the output coming from output pins is very low(abt 1.89volts)
what may be the problem please reply me soon
here's the schematic

Not good enough.
where are the leds and current limit resistors.
checkout mic spec it may need pullup resistors specially if the outpus are tri state.
google the at find out what others do.
every body does the same
good luck

Where did you measure the voltage? Did you measure it at P1.0?
You need to limit the current. Use a current-limiting resistor, from P1.0 to the LED cathode or between the LED anode and +5V.
