Guys, anyone can give me links for z-tranform properties and table also ?

hi Linspire,

if you have the 'Digital signal processing' Proakis, u can find there whatever u need in the chapter z-transform.

here is a table:

the last term equations 8*(1/3)^n-1*u(n-1)

how come it becomes as 8*(1/3)^n*u(n-1) ?
what properties they applied for this solution ?

u just didn't pay attention to the denominator of 8, there is 8/3*(1/3)^n-1 not 8*(1/3)^n-1 wich is clearly 8*(1/3)^n*u(n-1).
