my practical hardware has Ic SG 3524, all diodes are In4007, C3 is 104j100, Q1 and Q2 is D313, while are other transistors are D1047, Centre tapped Transformer primary has 96 turns (for 24 volt) and secondary has 600 turns (for 300 volts) means for 1 volt 2 turns are required.
