How to understand complex circuit?
for example, the circuit below.

It's an analog IC transistor level circuit. Besides good general knowledge of semiconductor circuits, you need to study the basic circuits and building blocks used in analog IC design. There are text books dedicated to this topic, e.g.Gray/Meyer/Hurst/Lewis "Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits"

Could any nice guy explain this circuit in detail?
thanks in advance.

I suppose this circuit is the result of several years design&development performed by very experienced engineers.
For that reason, I doubt if it makes sense to start an attempt to "explain this circuit in detail".
Thus, the most effective and reasonable way is - as suggested by FvM - to identify and understand the principal function of the main building blocks.

That' right! How could you find this?

I think we should talk about the main building blocks of this circuit!
Thank you very much.

Can any nice guy help me?
thanks in advance

We are not going to do your work for you. Why don't you start off learning about "current mirrors", and come back and post about how many current mirrors you see in that schematic, and what they are doing. We will tell you if you are right or wrong.
