Hello,
Please anyone suggest me how to see gain in dBi unit using HFSS v.10. I am trying to see the peak gain over a frequency sweep, with phi=0 & theta=0. From Antenna Params -> Peak gain ->dB, is that ok? (I did not see any option as dBi or dBd).
What's the exact procedure or am I confused somewhere....anybody pls help!!

all gain in HFSS by default is referenced to an isotropic radiator. Look in HFSS help for Gain...their equation is relative to power averaged over a 4pi steradian sphere.

have fun.
